冷弯型钢和热轧型钢的区别有哪些?

一、生产方式

1、 Production mode

冷弯型钢:以热轧或冷轧带钢为坯料,在冷状态下通过弯曲成型工艺制成的各种截面形状尺寸的型钢。这种生产方式不需要高温加热,因此能耗相对较低。

二、截面形状与尺寸

冷弯型钢:截面形状可以根据需要进行设计,具有结构合理、壁厚均匀的特点。而且,冷弯型钢可以生产壁厚较薄、截面形状复杂的型材,这是热轧方法难以实现的。
