彩钢板的使用寿命包括两方面：1.外观的使用寿命? 2.功能使用寿命外观使用寿命顾名思义，就是指的是涂层保持良好的外观年限，也就是指漆膜的完整性和涂层粉化、褪色的年限。这主要与涂层的种类有关，一般使用环境下，PE聚酯涂层，漆膜20个，8-10年；HDP高耐候聚酯涂层，漆膜25个，10-15年；PVDF氟碳涂层，漆膜25个，20-25年。在紫外线照射强烈，大气环境恶劣使用环境下，使用年限会相对缩短。功能使用寿命，指的是彩钢板抗腐蚀能力和可使用寿命。这除了跟涂层种类、涂层厚度，镀层种类、镀层重量等，产品本身参数有关外，还与温度、湿度、光照强度、大气环境、腐蚀强度等外部使用环境有关系。所以，在承诺使用寿命时，先确认以上几个方面的相关问题。
