  The inspection of dimensional accuracy is indispensable. Use a tape measure or caliper to measure key dimensions such as side length and wall thickness of the square tube to see if it meets the nominal specifications. The size deviation of square tubes from the same batch should be controlled within the allowable range. If the deviation is too large, it will make it difficult to connect during installation and affect the stability of the structure. For example, for a square tube with a side length of 100mm, the actual measured value should be between 99mm-101mm, and the wall thickness deviation should be controlled within ± 0.5mm. At the same time, check the straightness of the square tube by placing it on a flat surface and rolling it to observe if there are any obvious bends.
